I encourage you to start living.

Fully. Fiercely. Bravely. Unapologetically.

Live like no one is watching.

The truth is they may be looking, but they aren't truly seeing.

Live like you are dying.

The truth is you are.

Throw your head back and laugh with abandon.

Slurp your soup loudly.

Color outside of the lines.

Cry so hard your eyes swell and your nose runs everywhere.

Scream so loudly spit flies everywhere.

Sing at the top of your lungs (the worse the better).

Dance like there's a fire under your ass.

Get so excited you smack your lips.

Take the chance.

Hug so hard it hurts.

Throw away all ideas of what you think your life should look like.

Focus on what you want your life to feel like.

Be strong. Be weak. Be grateful. Be irreverent. Be precise. Be Messy.

But most of all be brave, because it takes bravery to step into the life you were meant to live and fully embrace the person you were meant to be.

Be present.

Be here fully.

Just be.
