Great Deal, But What Do You Do With It?
-
Someone, says management at shuttered casino resort Revel, has made an offer to buy the place for $90 million if no other bids are made by September 23rd. So the place may reopen? Maybe not. The bid is a stalking horse, and if nobody else bites, the bidder, a real estate developer from Florida, would get the place (remember, it cost a couple of billion to build), and what he'll do with it, who knows?
