This One Look Like Yours? Okay, Take Her. If It's Not The Right One, Bring Her Back

My dad was a principal at schools in Paterson, NJ, and he would regale me often with tales of how totally and incredibly f-cked up that school system was. So it's hardly a shock to hear that a school in Paterson released a 3-year-old student to a stranger at the end of the day last week. The school officials admit "mistakes were made." It was mistaken identity, they say, that sent the kid off with another student's grandmother. Worse: The girl's mother is a teacher at that school, the child's father happens to be the principal of a Newark high school, and they're talking lawsuit. WHOOPS. (NJ Advance Media/NJ.com)
