And Why Does Charlie Crist Need His Balls Cooled During A Debate, Anyway?
-
In the wake of the Florida gubernatorial debate's "Fangate," you have to ask what Rick Scott was thinking, and why the Republicans allowed a dispute over something that was harmless -- who cares if Charlie Crist has a fan blowing on him from underneath the podium? -- to dominate the debate. Who was advising Scott? Nobody remembers what the candidates said, but everyone will remember when Scott refused to come out because there was a fan on the stage. Or maybe he WANTED people to focus on something other than what he was saying. The Republicans now say that it wasn't the fan that kept Scott off stage, it was that he wasn't told it was time, but that's his own fault if that's true -- he knew the time for the debate and it's on him and his people to, you know, show up.
