Can We Move This Trial To The Parking Lot? Thanks

It's sweeps month, and here's a TV news report that finds out something alarming: 124 of California's courthouses are likely to partially collapse in an earthquake, including most of the ones around here, and there's no plan to do anything about it. They say there's no money, but they've found money for all sorts of worthless projects like the billion dollar not-quite-bullet train to nowhere. And for most people, going to the courthouse is not optional; whether for a case or for jury duty, you gotta go, and they have a duty to keep you safe. Don't they? (KCBS-TV/Los Angeles)
