You Probably Wouldn't Drive Much Faster Than 80 Anyway
-
A year ago, Georgia finally increased speed limits on some Atlanta highways from 55 to 65, and now we know the result: no difference. No difference in speeds -- everyone just goes with the flow of traffic, and it's not faster than it was before -- and no increase in accidents or problems. It makes you wonder what would happen if, at least outside major population areas, there was no speed limit. Could America adapt to an Autobahn? (WSB-TV/Atlanta)
