Britain's Royal College of Physicians are now telling doctors to encourage vaping to smokers as a way to help them quit cigarettes. It's safer, they say, and not a gateway to smoking. They can't, however, have the e-cigs covered by the NHS, and I assume they're not covered by insurance in the U.S. Should they be covered, since, apparently, they help people quit? (BBC)
